Qwen-Image-Edit-2511
Alibaba's identity-preserving image editor — Apache 2.0, fixes the 2509 drift issues.
About
Qwen-Image-Edit-2511, open-sourced December 25, 2025, is the Qwen team's upgraded image-editing model. Its headline feature is identity consistency: where the earlier 2509 build let faces and objects drift slightly during edits, 2511 preserves facial features across single portraits, group photos, clothing swaps, background changes, and lighting adjustments.
The model is released under Apache 2.0 with a web demo on Hugging Face Spaces, and Qwen folded LoRA technology directly into the base model for easier professional-grade results. It also strengthened camera-perspective and geometric control for product design. Limitations: like all editing models it can still alter fine text or small details on aggressive edits, and very large batch workflows are better served by the paid Model Studio API.
