About

Kling 3.0 is Kuaishou's third-generation video model, launched February 2026. It generates 3–15 second clips at native 4K and up to 60fps from text, image, audio, or video input, with native multilingual audio — dialogue with lip-sync, SFX, and ambient sound — generated in the same pass.

The signature feature is AI Director: up to six spatially consistent shots composed automatically inside a single clip, which attacks the most tedious part of AI filmmaking (manually stitching separate generations). Character consistency across shots is a documented strength; reviewers note quality degrades with three or more simultaneous voices. Kuaishou later shipped 3.0 Turbo and the Omni engine (June 2026), and a full Kling 4.0 flagship in October 2026. Kling's franchise remains the strongest value pick for cinematic short-form and ad work.
