Falcon3-10B

Falcon3-10B is the flagship of TII's Falcon 3 family, released December 2024. Depth-upscaled from Falcon3-7B and continually pre-trained on 2 trillion tokens using 1024 H100 GPUs, it was the top-performing open model under 13B parameters at release, supporting English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese with a 32K context window.

The model ships in base and instruct variants, post-trained on 1.2M samples covering STEM, conversation, code, safety, and function calling. Note the license: Falcon 3 uses the TII Falcon-LLM License 2.0, which is a custom license rather than an OSI-approved open-source license, so commercial users should review its terms.
