About
Slack is Salesforce's team communication platform, and Slack AI brings native generative AI to its channels and threads. It offers daily recap digests of followed channels, conversation summaries over custom date ranges, and conversational search that answers questions in plain language with citations back to the original messages.
Salesforce rolled Slack AI out to all paid customers, reporting meaningful time savings for users who use it to find answers and distill knowledge. Customer data stays siloed within the workspace and is not used to train other models.
