Restack

Enterprise AI agent platform — durable workflow orchestration for long-running agents on Kubernetes.

About

Restack (restack.io, founded 2021) is an enterprise AI agent platform and backend framework for building accurate, reliable, and scalable AI products. It provides durable workflow orchestration, long-running agent execution, and deployment infrastructure on Python and Kubernetes — generating REST API endpoints for each agent and workflow so they can be triggered, scheduled, and managed programmatically from any client. Workflows run on Temporal under the hood, with real-time event processing, retry mechanisms, and workflow visualization/replay tooling.

The platform targets product teams that want enterprise-grade agents without a dedicated AI engineering team: instructions are defined in plain English, agents get secure access to CRM/ERP/internal systems (Salesforce, Teams, ServiceNow, Zendesk), and everything deploys in the customer's own cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-premise with audit trails. It uses the Model Context Protocol for integrations and ships React components for custom frontends. Caveats: pricing is quote-based and enterprise-oriented (no self-serve hobby tier publicly listed); and as a Kubernetes/Temporal-based platform, it assumes real infrastructure commitment.
