Pro runs about $3 a month billed yearly and is aimed at people whose library is a long-term reference archive: full-text search inside saved pages, permanent cached copies so link rot does not eat your library, broken and duplicate link detection, bulk highlights and notes, and 10GB of monthly file uploads. What it deliberately is not: a writing surface or knowledge base, so if you want to build notes around your links you will feel the ceiling.
