Prime Intellect
Decentralized AI platform for distributed model training and a full RL agent stack.
About
Prime Intellect aggregates global GPU resources into a marketplace for distributed model training, and ships a full stack for building AI agents: compute access, a reinforcement-learning framework (Prime-RL), environment tooling (Verifiers), and evaluation. It trained INTELLECT-1 as the first foundation model trained across geographically distributed compute, followed by INTELLECT-2, a 32B model trained through globally distributed RL, and INTELLECT-3.
In July 2026 the company raised a $130 million Series A at a $1 billion valuation led by Radical Ventures with NVIDIA Ventures, Intel Capital, and Dell Technologies Capital participating, bringing total funding past $150 million. Distributed training remains technically demanding, so results depend heavily on workload suitability and network conditions between nodes.
What it can do
