Poised
A private AI coach for how you sound in meetings.
About
Poised listens to your audio locally during live calls and gives private, real-time nudges on filler words, pace, hedging, interruptions, and confidence — coaching you mid-meeting instead of summarizing afterward. It works across 800+ communication tools without sending a bot into the room, and speaker notes tick off agenda items as you cover them.
The free Shortcut tier covers dictation on Mac, while Communication Coach Pro runs $19/month ($13 on annual billing). It is desktop-only for Mac and Windows, so there is no mobile coaching, and people who want a practice-first rehearsal tool will find it less useful than a dedicated speech coach.
