About
A single portable skill that teaches an agent to drive the local kapi CLI for reading, editing, checking and localizing content inside any file format, on-brand and terminologically consistent, across languages. The skill is generated from the neokapi monorepo rather than hand-edited, so it stays in sync with the CLI surface. A matching Claude Code plugin adds a stop hook that runs kapi verify and a pre-tool hook that blocks hand-edits of generated targets. You must install the kapi CLI itself separately (brew install neokapi/tap/kapi-cli), or the skill has nothing to drive. The repo is new and unstarred.

Setup
npx skills add neokapi/agent-skills --skill kapi
Install the CLI too: brew install neokapi/tap/kapi-cli
For MCP access: kapi mcp
For the Claude Code plugin: /plugin marketplace add neokapi/claude-plugins then /plugin install kapi@neokapi-plugins
