About

Kaizo automatically scores 100% of support conversations against custom scorecards — human- or AI-agent-handled — and turns the findings into per-agent AI coaching cards, one-to-ones and goals. It runs natively on Zendesk and Salesforce, goes live in days, and deliberately sells no AI agents of its own so it can grade automated conversations without a conflict of interest.

It's rated 5.0 on G2 and is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, with per-seat pricing on a quoted demo. Native integrations are limited to Zendesk and Salesforce, and it's aimed squarely at larger teams.

What it can do

  • AutoQA on 100% of conversations
  • Custom AI prompts and scorecards
  • AI-generated coaching cards
  • Gamification, missions and goals
  • Performance dashboards
  • Root-cause reporting
  • BI exports

Setup

  1. Book a demo and get a quote.
  2. Connect Zendesk or Salesforce.
  3. Define scorecards and custom AI scoring prompts.
  4. Enable Autopilot scoring on all conversations.
  5. Review per-agent coaching cards and track quality trends.

Prerequisites

Zendesk or Salesforce as the helpdesk; enough volume to justify automated QA.
