Inngest AgentKit
Durable multi-agent networks on Inngest's execution engine.
About
Inngest AgentKit is a TypeScript framework for building multi-agent systems on top of Inngest's durable execution platform. It composes agents into networks with routers (code-based or LLM-driven) that decide which agent runs next, typed network state shared between agents, MCP tooling, and local tracing. Because every step is durably persisted, agents survive crashes, pause and resume, and retry automatically without manual checkpointing.
The core library is Apache 2.0 licensed, published as @inngest/agent-kit on npm, and works with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. It ships a useAgent React hook for streaming durable workflows to the frontend, and the Inngest platform adds the dashboard, retries, and throttling. The repo has gathered roughly 800 GitHub stars; community traction figures are per registry listings, and its durable-execution angle is its main differentiator.
