Its tools integrate with AI coding assistants and reached customers including OpenAI, Dropbox, Rubrik, and Snowflake.
On April 23, 2025, the company announced an oversubscribed $93 million Series B led by DFJ Growth with Salesforce Ventures participating, bringing total funding to $163 million. The company reported 30x ARR growth and 166% net revenue retention since its Series A, with its platform securing over 5 million applications and running more than 1 million scans per week (company-reported). Founded in 2021 by Varun Badhwar and Dimitri Stiliadis, it also launched Opengrep, an open-source SAST tool, in January 2025.
