Doodle
Group scheduling polls: propose times, let everyone vote, lock the overlap.
About
Doodle is the Swiss veteran of group scheduling, founded in 2007 and still the default when a group needs to agree on a time. Instead of publishing your availability, you propose candidate times and participants vote on what works — no account required for voters, which is exactly why teachers, clubs, and committees still reach for it. It also offers 1:1 booking pages and sign-up sheets, plus Google Calendar, Teams, and Webex integrations.
The free plan has shrunk over the years: as of 2026 it covers one group poll, one booking page, and one 1:1 — with ads shown to everyone. Pro ($11/user/month annual) removes ads and unlocks unlimited polls, deadlines, reminders, and branding; Team ($16/user/month) adds admin tooling and shared calendars; Enterprise starts around $15k/year. Payment collection via Stripe is supported on paid tiers.
Honest limits: group polls are the core — it is weaker than Calendly-style tools for pure 1:1 booking links; the free tier is barely more than a demo; no published benchmarks or open-source components.

Trust score — 8/10
Scored 8/10 (VERIFIED tier, metrics-v1). Evidence: operating since 2007, Zurich-based; official site verified live; 2026 independent coverage (Rallly's Doodle free-plan analysis, flozic, pickrtech) consistent on pricing and limits. Strengths: dominant mindshare for group polls, no-account voting, long operating history. Docked for: (1) closed-source; (2) free tier degraded to one poll with ads. License: proprietary SaaS.
