Compass is a technology-driven residential brokerage whose platform gives its agents AI-assisted pricing, marketing, and client collaboration tools. In June 2025 it launched Compass AI, a voice-activated assistant for agents, and following its roughly $1.6B acquisition of Anywhere it began rolling the Home Platform out across the Anywhere brokerage brands, reaching on the order of 340,000 agents. Most of the AI surface is agent-facing: consumers experience it indirectly through faster listing marketing and search, and availability varies by market.
