About

Buildots is a construction intelligence platform that uses computer vision on site photos and video to build a continuously updated digital twin of a project, comparing actual progress against the schedule and 3D models. It flags delays, predicts performance and gives owners and contractors a single data-backed view across individual sites and whole portfolios.

Founded in 2018 and based in Tel Aviv and Chicago, the company raised $130 million in September 2026 led by O.G. Venture Partners, taking total funding to $297 million at a reported valuation near $1 billion. It says more than 100 large organizations use the platform, naming Intel, Digital Realty, Bouygues and STO Building Group, and claims multi-year, seven-figure portfolio agreements are now standard. The vendor claims its tracking can cut project duration by about 15 percent, a figure that should be treated as a company statement rather than independent proof.

What it can do

  • Computer vision progress tracking
  • Digital twin vs schedule and BIM
  • Delay detection and forecasting
  • Portfolio-level construction intelligence
  • Underground utility tracking from drone imagery
  • Integrations with project management workflows

Setup

Scored 8/10 (TIER verified, metrics-v1). Evidence: $130M Sept 2026 round led by O.G. Venture Partners, $297M total, ~$1B valuation (Pulse2, Bricks & Bytes); 100+ large clients named including Intel and Digital Realty; 230+ employees across six countries (TechRound). Strengths: exceptional funding momentum, named enterprise customers, multi-year revenue growth claimed. Docked for: (1) the 15% duration-reduction and 3x revenue-growth figures are vendor claims without independent audit; (2) enterprise-only, quote-based pricing with no public tiers.
