About
BigPanda is an AIOps platform that ingests alerts from monitoring tools and uses machine learning to correlate them into a small number of actionable incidents, claiming over 95% alert-volume reduction. Founded in 2012, it raised $190M in 2022 at a $1.2B valuation led by Advent International and Insight Partners, with total funding around $337M.
In May 2025 BigPanda pivoted to what it calls Agentic IT Operations, launching AI Detection and Response, an autonomous L1 operations agent, and the AI Incident Assistant (Biggy), a chat agent in Slack and Teams. It acquired Velocity in November 2025 to accelerate that agentic push. Customers include Cisco, Sony, and Autodesk.
