Four agent skills for Kubernetes and EKS people: pod-not-ready-decoder, k8s-incident-triage, eks-cost-audit and prod-readiness-gate, encoding ordering, stop conditions and failure modes rather than restating docs. All four are read-only, print commands for a human to run, and ship a test-status table that honestly marks the cost skill as not yet run against a live AWS account.
