11x
Autonomous AI sales workers for prospecting and phone outreach.
About
11x builds what it calls digital workers for go-to-market teams. Its first two are Alice, an AI SDR that researches prospects, writes personalized outreach, runs sequences and books meetings, and Jordan, an AI phone rep that handles inbound and outbound calls in more than 30 languages. The company was founded by Hasan Sukkar and raised a $24 million Series A led by Benchmark in 2024, followed by roughly $50 million in Series B funding led by Andreessen Horowitz at about a $350 million valuation.
The company has also been one of the most scrutinized in the AI SDR space. TechCrunch reported in March 2025 on fake customer logos and inflated revenue claims, and in May 2025 the CEO said publicly that AI SDRs in their current form do not work, while the company rebuilt its product around a more autonomous Alice 2.0. It acquired healthcare AI startup Opkit to staff that rebuild. Pricing starts around $3,750 per month billed annually for the Growth tier.
Buyers should go in clear-eyed: this is a high-commitment, managed annual deployment with managed Gmail mailboxes, domain setup and warmup bundled in. The concept of delegating the whole outbound motion to software is the pitch, but the category's churn problems are well documented, so a tightly scoped pilot with reply-quality oversight is the sensible way to evaluate it.

Trust score — 5/10
Scored 5/10 (verified tier, metrics-v1). Evidence: ~$50M Series B led by Andreessen Horowitz at ~$350M valuation (TechCrunch via thecatalystonline.com); pricing from $3,750/mo annual (omidsaffari.com). Docs corroboration: product capabilities from 11x.ai and third-party tool reviews. Strengths: category pioneer, deep funding, genuinely ambitious product. Docked for: (1) TechCrunch March 2025 reporting on fake customer logos and inflated ARR; (2) CEO publicly conceding AI SDRs in current form do not work; (3) no self-serve trial and heavy annual commitment. License: proprietary commercial SaaS.
